Premature ejaculation is one of the most feared sexual debility condition affecting men of all age groups. When a man attains orgasm before satisfying his partner or with little stimulation, it can lead to dissatisfaction in both the partners. This sometimes affects the relationship causing discord between the couple. If the episodes of early ejaculation are rare it can be ignored as a result of suffering from anxiety to perform, but if the problem is consistent and causing discord between the couple, it is time to take certain measures to identify the cause of PE.

The Ayurveda views the body as a balance of the three Doshas. Every treatment method of Ayurveda tries to bring back the balance in one or all of the Doshas of the body. The Vayu and Pitta are linked to agility and muscle reflexes in our body. When the two Doshas are imbalanced a man observes sensitivity to towards touch or loses control over muscle reflexes and reaches orgasm faster. The Ayurveda treatment aims to restore the Vata and Pitta balance with appropriate diet and lifestyle changes while strengthening the Shukra with herbs and pills.

The regularisation of the Apana Vayu helps overcome many sexual debility conditions in men. Following a Samsarjana Krama where the diet of the person is monitored and altered according to the improvements in the condition, the premature ejaculation can be cured completely, unless it manifested at birth as a congenital disease. Even after the treatment, you will be advised to avoid foods which can imbalance the Apana Vayu.
