Some couple may have a hard time trying to conceive. But this does not necessarily mean that any of them is infertile. It could probably be some minor issues with the woman’s menstrual cycle, thus affecting ovulation. The latter is regarded to be a menstrual cycle part, where the Fallopian tube releases eggs within the uterus and waits for fertilization to take place.

Also, the man may face issues with his sperm cells. The sperms may not be in a positing to meet the egg cell to fertilize it.  To conceive, intercourse timing is equally crucial. Intercourse should be had when the woman experiences ovulation. In case, this method fails, then other natural treatments are available to be tried out like Ayurvedic infertility medicine.

Ayurveda can be stated to be an alternative medicine that has its origin in India and is popularized here. This form of treatment does provide a holistic improvement. It states that every person has specific constitutional make-up, which is really unique and not similar to others. Hence, based upon the make-up, an appropriate lifestyle is present, termed as the dosha. There are three categories in it, namely, Kappa, Pitta and Vata. For every couple, there are present corresponding Ayurvedic medicines to treat infertility.

Menstrual cycle in women is generally divided into three parts, namely, Pitta, Vat and the Kappa. In there is noticed disturbances in any of the phases mentioned above, then the woman’s fertility is likely to be affected. To provide cure for the same, Ayurvedic medicine suggests intake of fresh herbs. It also helps to treat male infertility. With this form of treatment, it becomes possible to eliminate the interferences caused and treat fertility issues, thus allowing the couple to conceive a healthy baby that they can call their own.
