What is nightfall or wet dreams?
As you age, you tend to lose control over body slowly. Most people after their 40s & 50s are likely to suffer from various types of health ailments & diseases due to lack of care. Nocturnal emission also referred to as night emission could be due to erotic dreams. During sleep, you may experience involuntary semen ejaculation. In this condition, there is noticed abrupt semen discharge during sleep with/without erotic dreams twice a month or even more. This may be due to seminal fluid being of thin consistency or its over-production, seminal vesicle becoming weak or due to spam, not having sexual intercourse for longer period of time, kidneys getting weak or using excessively semen producing diets. This is characterized by seminal fluid ejaculation without or with sexual pleasure followed by general weakness or lethargy.

It may include mild night sweats, insomnia, restlessness, mild emotional disturbances and difficulty in urination.
Risk factors & causes
Your body is likely to be seriously harmed due to nocturnal emission. You may experience physical, mental or sexual weakness. It can also cause insomnia, knee pain and dizziness. It may also cause poor vision / sight and memory problems. It also reduces sperm count and increases your inability to give birth to a child. Severe cases may cause you not to have satisfying sexual activities.
Precaution / Prevention to be taken
- Avoid using silky & soft bed rolls. Do wear only loose fitting clothes to allow free flow of blood throughout your body.
- Avoid sleeping especially in supine position. Try to sleep always on your back.
- Reduce stress levels as much as possible and pursue some relaxing hobby.
- Avoid excessive sexual stimulation.
- Avoid sexual programs & pornography shown on different media platforms.
- Avoid consuming spicy food. Do eat fresh, nutritious food in small quantities.
- Develop healthy & better sexual relation with the partner. Do not engage in excessive masturbation.
- Try to keep your mind focused on various activities. You can engage yourself in lots of fulfilling, enriching activities.
- You can avail easy & effective home remedies like liquorice root tea or sage.
