Hi Doctor, I am Imran of age 45 and being married for about 12 years now. It has been noticed recently that I begin to ejaculate quickly during sexual intercourse, a problem not prevalent previously for the initial marriage of around 6 years. It is within minutes that I ejaculate quickly and hence, not enjoying satisfied sexual life. Moreover, my ejections are noticed not to be strong like before.
