It will be wise to use natural methods to shed weight and take healthy and holistic weight loss approach. Processed food, extreme diets and chemicals should be avoided at all cost as they may only bring in undesirable side effects and health issues.

  1. Begin the day by consuming lukewarm water: Drinking glass of lukewarm water does help to cleanse digestive canals. It also eliminates oily substances and stimulates bowels. It refreshes and boosts the whole digestive system and makes it just perfect for digestion process. Consuming twice a week, bottle gourd juice on empty stomach can help control body fat.
